TCSPL acquired Value Added Services licnese in India and started sales opertaions in Mumbai. Expanded global infrastructure to UK, Singapore and additional POP in India. Enhanced collaboration product suite and telephony applications including API for integration with Web conference/ CRM/ Intranet. Started Singapore Operations and initiated SBO licensing procedure.
Acquired 214 authorization from Federal Commission of Communications, USA for International and Domestic Long Distance services. Acquired Calling card companies and set up ‘Simplify’, a state-of-the-art calling card platform. Pioneered PIN-less calling card services & scaled to 80+Mn PINs. Expanded USA distribution targeting South Asian, Hispanic ethnic population in North American market.
Acquired Data Processing BPO in NJ, USA. Served clients like Dun & Bradstreet, Federal and State agencies of USA. Subject to stringent security validation by government agencies for confidentialilty related to projects. Set up an overseas BPO unit in 1994 and exited BPO business in 2003.
Provided custom software solutions for public safety agencies. The solution included Quality Control software with stringent SLA; software for Image Data capture & Reading and format management without any human intervention.
Developed in-house cloud based Audio Conference platform. Integrated Telephony platform with real time call re-routing for roaming for USA Tier 1 Mobile operator. Deployed cloud conference platforms in USA, India (Mumbai), Australia. Launched Collaboration services in Australia. Started Standalone 3rd party standalone Cisco Webex cloud services.
